Our babysitting services are here to assist when you need a professional babysitter to help take care of your children, from infants and toddlers to children aged 12.
NB: DIFY ON CALL IS NOT AGENCY; ALL BABYSITTERS PROVIDED BY DIFY ON CALL WILL REMAIN DIFY STAFF MEMBERS.
We at DIFY ON CALL understand that personalities may sometimes not align with any chosen or allocated staff. Some staff may sometimes not fully meet your expectations or be a good fit for your family.
We pride ourselves on ensuring all allocations are a good fit, which is why we guarantee that if an allocated staff member is not a good fit, DIFY ON CALL will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Our premium service is short-term babysitting, where our trusted babysitters come directly to your doorstep for an hour, full day (including weekend stays), or overnight stays.
With Nanny Share, we provide full-time stay-out options, from weekly or just three days a week to monthly full-time, with the option for our trusted babysitters to stay for the night.
Our Nanny Share option affords you the opportunity to share our babysitter with a friend or family member. T&C apply.
We understand that being a new mommy can be overwhelming.

Night Care Services offer different services such as:
Infant Babysitting: Ensuring your infant is fed at your preference, whether bottle feeding or breast feeding, with the babysitter bringing the baby to feed, changing diapers, and coordinating routines. This will ensure your baby sleeps like the angel they are.
Toddler Babysitting: Managing night wakings and helping create a consistent bedtime routine, with bedtime stories to stimulate the mind.

As we already facilitate interviews to ensure all staff are in line with our company promise, a copy of the interview card is available upon request.
Should you wish to re-interview candidates, an additional R499.00 non-refundable fee will be charged to facilitate the re-interview process to select the most suitable individual for your needs.
All our babysitters are fully vetted (with Form 29 and criminal checks, with a copy available upon request) and have background checks, along with listed references.
Some babysitters are certified in child services, i.e., ECD, Learning through Play, Basic First Aid, Home-Based Care, or have 5 to 10+ years of childcare experience.
With camera option on request.
Our babysitter can come with our mobile nanny camera to keep connection and interact with your child/children, with voice interaction, compatible with Android, Apple, or Huawei devices.
With up to 4 devices connected.
