All DIFY ON CALL staff are required to report to DIFY ON CALL management and follow the company's operational procedures. Being placed with a family does not remove your responsibility to communicate with DIFY ON CALL.
Staff must report attendance concerns, incidents, client issues, changes in availability and other relevant matters through the approved DIFY ON CALL communication channels.
